Upload guide: what photo works best

For the best result, use a lying-on-your-back photo with your face up toward the camera, mouth open.

• Pose and framing: Use a first-person view from above, lying on your back, with your face up toward the camera, the way this template frames its missionary view.
• One person only: Upload only yourself, with no second person and no group photo in the frame.
• Eyes: Look toward the camera with your eyes open, no hair across your face.
• Mouth: Keep your mouth open and uncovered.
• Outfit: Clothes follow the template scene, not your photo. Do not expect the outfit in your photo to carry over into the result.
• Light and sharpness: Choose a recent photo in bright, even light, in high resolution, with your face in sharp focus. Skip screenshots with black bars or app buttons, photos of another screen, and heavy filters that reshape your face.
• Avoid: standing photos, back views, mouths covered, dark or blurry photos.
